Implemented innovative residential education programs that improved student satisfaction while serving as Director of Housing and Residence Life at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2009-2012. Administered a 2M department budget and oversaw the design and construction of a $43.5M, 618-bed residential facility to address growing housing demands.
